Julie Miller

Julie Miller

Julie Miller brings over thirty years of experience providing project management and administrative support in leadership training and executive coaching.

Previously, Julie was the Project Manager and Program Administrator for Taylor Leadership Consulting. Prior to that she worked at the Center for Creative Leadership for fourteen years where she was senior program administrator for leadership training programs. She was the lead senior program administer for CCL’s Leadership at the Peak program.

Julie has worked with a wide variety of companies including Prudential Financial, Ben & Jerry’s, Partners Federal Credit Union, Maytag, World Bank, Gambro PCT, Synaptics, Halliburton, Leonard Rice Engineers, PetSmart, Social Security Administration, United Nations Development Programme, Genentech, Citi Handlowy Poland, Kaleida Health, Johns Manville, National Recreation Foundation, Wounded Warriors and the Naval Postgrad School.

She has done extensive event coordination, planning logistics, preparing program materials, as well as administering a variety of assessments. These include the EQ 360, Benchmarks for Executives, Denison Leadership Survey, Hogan Potential Report, Hogan Challenge Report, Hogan Values Report, Conflict Dynamics Profile, The Profilor, Leadership Practices Inventory, Change Style Indicator, MBTI, FIRO-B, CPI 260, KAI, Strong Interest Inventory, Campbell Leadership Index, Campbell Team Leader Profile, Campbell Team Development Survey, and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Julie works closely with her clients to provide effective and impactful outcomes.

In her free time, she loves a good novel, enjoys her children, grandchildren, Scooter the labradoodle and life.

Craig Collins

Craig Collins

Craig Collins has more than twenty-five years’ experience in leadership development as a workshop facilitator and course designer. His areas of specialty include the following:

Craig is experienced in the design and delivery of virtual events, both as a facilitator and producer.

He began his business career as a manager with John Deere with assignments in the US, Europe and the Middle East. Subsequently he was Associate Director of the Middle East Management Centre and Managing Principal of Orion International, a network of leadership and organizational development professionals based in Europe and the US. He is also a member of the European faculty of the Center for Creative Leadership.

Originally from upstate New York, he migrated to the western United States about 30 years ago. He is an accomplished rock-climber, mountaineer, and white-water raft guide. For kicks he travels around the world climbing big mountains, including a successful ascent of Denali in Alaska, the highest mountain in North America at 20,320′, and a summit bid on Aconcagua. He lives in Colorado with his wife and two young children.

Craig received his undergraduate degree from Rice University in Electrical Engineering and German and was awarded a grant for a year’s graduate study at the University of Cologne. He later attended the joint MBA program at Thunderbird School of Global Management and Southern Methodist University.

Kimberly Miller

Kimberly Miller

Kimberly Miller has over sixteen years of experience providing administrative services and perfunctory accounting support

Kimberly worked at the US branch of London-based Whitehead Mann, a leading international talent management firm known for its CEO and board relationships. She prepared program materials as well as Word, Excel and Power Point documents for their leadership training programs.

She has acted as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant at Verizon and Mojo Landscape. Collectively, she processed payments, issued invoices, reconciled past due accounts and handled daily office tasks.

As a lead preschool teacher at Shiloh Baptist Learning Center, Kimberly has developed age-appropriate, creative curriculum to cultivate their social competencies, artistic and practical capabilities as well as a sense of self-worth. She has observed and evaluated children’s performance, behavior, social development, and physical health, identifying children showing signs of emotional, developmental, or health-related problems.

Kimberly has also worked as a paraprofessional to assist teachers with classroom lessons, activities, organization, and management. Her responsibilities included teaching new concepts or translating information for students to understand better, supervising students, and providing students with a positive, nurturing guide.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and watching Hallmark Christmas movies.
